Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name and email address, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Content you enter — brands, deals, rate cards, invoices, notes and any files you upload.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and diagnostic data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service, to generate and send the invoices and reminders you ask us to send, to take payment for your subscription, to support you when you get in touch, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your deal data to advertise to you.

Only the providers needed to run SponsorKit, each handling data on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending invoices and reminders), Railway and Vercel (hosting and databases), and Cloudflare (storage and delivery). We may also disclose information where required by law.

When you send an invoice to a brand, the contents of that invoice go to the recipient you specify. That is the point of the feature, and you choose the recipient.

We use cookies that are necessary to run the service: a session cookie set by Clerk to keep you signed in, and cookies our hosting providers set for security and load balancing. Clearing them signs you out.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers. If we ever add optional analytics cookies, we will ask before setting them.

We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete individual records at any time, and deleting your account removes your content from our systems, except where we must retain something to comply with the law or to resolve a billing dispute. Backups age out on a rolling basis.

You can access and correct your information from within the app, export your data, and delete your account. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights over your personal data, write to [email protected] and we will honour them.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted. No service can promise perfect security, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

SponsorKit is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
